  Outstanding customer care the MOD was very pleasant so was the cashier I remember his name was John came in with my Kohl's cash and on the cash was a 15% coupon off your entire purchase I was a day late so the manager on duty made a decision as well as enforced it to the associate ringing up. I SAID THANK YOU AND THAT'S WHAT YOU CALL BEING EMPOWERED and utilizing your AUTHORITY. AS IT FITS THE POSITION THE MANAGER did NOT just SAY NO I CANT!!!! and brush me off or OKAY JUST say DO IT. SHE ENFORCE THE POLICY to the associate ringing up the sale, and he felt confident to ask the mod because I said if you can please honor it so he is well-trained. I KNOW THE POLICY I TOO AM IN RETAIL Management.
  And I quite frequently shop Rocky Point location in the stores well-maintained well-kept that tells you the management team and the associates collaborate well together.
  You higher-ups in corporate should understand what takes place in the front line of duty.
